Tell us the neighborhood or town, the type of building (triple-decker, two-family, Victorian, Cape, colonial, condo) and whether you own the whole building or one unit. List the spaces you want insulated: attic, finished attic room, walls, basement, rim joist or a room over a porch or garage. Mention anything you have noticed, such as ice dams, a top floor that overheats, cold floors or drafts at outlets. If you have had a Mass Save assessment, have the report handy.
